Baclofen 5 mg Tab. Baclofen is a GABA-B agonist acting at mono and polysynaptic neurons at the spinal cord level and brain, reducing the release of excitatory neurotransmitters in pre-synaptic neurons and stimulating inhibitory signals in post-synaptic neurons, resulting in relief of spasticity. Indications: Flexor Spasms, Clonus, Concomitant Pain, Spinal Cord Lesions, Multiple Sclerosis.
